With 3000 Square feet of event space, The Fulton West Event Venue & Wedding Chicago is the perfect mix of modern minimalism to be a blank canvas for your next event! Hosting groups up to 75 guests, our loft event venue is available for birthday parties, bridal showers, engagement parties, intimate wedding ceremonies, corporate events, baby showers, cocktail receptions, networking events, photoshoots, milestone moments, workshops, professional events, and anything else you are dreaming up!

Monday-Thursday

Half Day: $900 ++

Full Day: $1,500 ++

Event Insurance

$125-$150

Mandatory event insurance must include Host Liquor Liability for self-serving BYOB events OR proof of Liquor License from an insured caterer.

**Bar Rules:No Shots or Neat Pours allowed / No Self Service / 6-hour Max Bar Time

Cleaning Fee

$250 cleaning fee will be added to your invoice to cover a deep-clean post event (including restrooms and mopping). This fee covers cost of cleaning, maintenance, toiletries, and general up-keep pre-and post event.

**Event host (or hired caterer) is responsible for returning the space to us the way it was given to you.

Policies

All events are subject to 11.75% tax

No smoking in the building or in the foyer area including E cigarettes and vapes. A $500 fine will be applied for smoking

All Events must conclude by 10 PM.

50% Rental Retainer payments are Nonrefundable.

Decor

No glitter or confetti can be used.

All flames must be contained in glass.

Nothing can be affixed to the walls or ceiling (no nails, tape, etc). Only self standing structures may be used unless previously approved by management.

Any damages to walls will be charged back to the client.

Content Creator

Social Media Content Creator - $950

On-site social media content creator to capture behind-the-scenes footage of your event, including all details and live event happenings. Deliverables include three edited highlight reels and all raw footage and photos captured on iPhone.

Event Coordination

Day-of-Event Coordination - $850

On-site event coordinator to assist with any set up, teardown and event needs including check-in, registration, decor set up, etc. No pre-planning is included in this package. Please see 45-Day Detailer for elevated service offerings.

45–Day Detailer - $1,500

45 days prior to your event you’ll meet with your event detailer to review all details and any outstanding needed vendors. This package includes pre-planning calls, vendor coordination, and on site assistance.
